Ingredients :
- 500gm Red Velvet Cookie Mix
- 250gm butter
Method :
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Beat soften butter until light and fluffy
- Add cookie mix until well blended *
- Shape dough into balls and flatten it
- Place on baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- * Optional, add white chocolate chips, dried cranberries or nuts.
