DIRECTION FOR USE 
~Just place in refrigerator to thaw 8 to 10 hours .
~Shake well before pouring into chilled bowl.
~Fill 1/4 full and whip using a wire whisk.
~For best result, whip at 40 to 45F (4 to 7C) using wire whisk until it medium peaks are formed.
