Same Day Delivery Not Reliable

Their delivery used to be on point. Not anymore. When contacted customer service via WhatsApp before closing time, no reply. They only replied the next day when I sent another message. They said they didn’t deliver because they were doing stock taking. Inform customer la! Or reply to messages. If you need your stuff urgently, don’t trust the same day delivery! Happened 2x to me already!
