Almond flour / Almond Meal is moist and doesn’t have the same binding qualities as regular flour. That’s why most recipes will do well if you substitute in the ratio of 1:1. For example, if the recipe calls for three cups of wheat flour you should use the same amount of almond flour.

Bought 2 packages,received items 0n 26.12.23 but expired date is Mar2024, very yellowish colour, sure not fresh already. Very dissatisfied & disappointed ☹️
