- 250gm Mango Yogurt Cake Mix
- 5 nos eggs (Grade B)
- 65gm water
- 65gm oil/melted butter
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 170°C, prepare an 8-inch round cake mould.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in all ingredients except oil/melted butter and beat using high speed for 5 minutes.
- Lastly, fold in oil/melted butter and mix well using low speed for 1 minute .
- Pour the batter into the cake mould and bake at 170°C – 175°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Leave it cool on wire rack before serving
