INGREDIENTS
-500GM GINGERBREAD COOKIES MIX
-100GM BUTTER (SOFTEN)
-50GM BWY GOLDEN SYRUP
-1NOS EGG
METHOD
1.COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS , MIX USING MEDIUM SPEED FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL A DOUGH IS FORMED .
2.COVER THE DOUGH FOR 4-6 HOURS ,BEST VOLUME IS OBTAINED ON A REST OF 6 HOURS .
3.TRANSFER THE DOUGH TO A FLOURED SURFACE AND ROLL TO 1/4 INCH THICKNESS.
4.CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPES WITH FLOURED COOKIE CUTTER
5.PLACE THE COOKIE 1 INCH APART ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEET.
6.BAKE IN PREHEAT OVEN AT 200C FOR 10 MIN TO 20 MIN OR UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN AROUND THE EDGES .
7.ALLOW COOKIES TO COOL FOR 5 MINUTES ON THE COOKIE SHEET BEFORE TRANSFERING TO COOLING RACK.ONCE COMPTELEY COOL , DECORATE AS DESIRED .
