CARA MEMASAK :
- Bakar bubble rice di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 120C selama 10 minit hingga rangup. Angkat dan ketepikan.
- Cairkan coklat dengan kaedah double boil. Kemudian masukkan corn oil dan kacau hingga sebati
- Kemudian tabur bubble rice.jagan tekan,tabur sahaja
- Tuang lagi coklat ke atas bubble rice hingga menutupi seluruh permukaan.
- Hentak-hentak sedikit acuan untuk ratakan coklat.
- Letak acuan ke dalam chiller seketika.
- Bila coklat mengeras, boleh dikeluarkan dari acuan dans sedia unruk dinikmati.
Ingredients
1) 500g dark compound bar
2) 25ml daisy corn oil
3) 400g bubble rice
Method:
- Roast bubble rice in the oven at 120c for 10 minutes till crispy. Aside the roasted.
- Using the double boil method, melt the chocolate then add corn oil and stir till well combined.
- Just sprinkle the roasted bubble rice over the melt chocolate and add on more chocolate onto the bubble rice.
- Scoop the mixture and place it to the mould till cover the entire surface of mould.
- Slightly knead the mould to flatten the surface and place it into chiller for a while.
6. When the chocolate hardens, it can be removed from the mould and ready to serve.
