~1 pack focaccia bread mix
~7gm instant yeast
~30gm olive oil
1.Mix all the ingredients using low speed for 4 minutes and another 6 minutes in medium speed .
2. Rest dough for 60 minutes at 35c .
3.Divide dough into 2 pieces at 430gm , each in round shape and rest for 30 minutes.
4.Roll dough flat to fit in the square baking tray of 10 x10"
5.Proof dough for 75 minutes at 35c
6.Press lightly with finger and optional to put olive slice , cherry tomato or mix herbs on top of surface .
7.Bake in preheat oven at 21-c for about 28 minutes (steam bath).
