-250GM BUTTER
METHODPREHEAT OVEN TO 180C .LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND SET ASIDE.
2.IN A MIXING BOWL,BEAT BUTTER UNTIL LIGHT FLUFFY ,ADD IN COOKIES MIX AND CONTNIUE TO MIX UNTIL THE DOUGH TURNS SOFT.
3.SHAPE INTO LITTLE BALLS AND PLACE THEM ON BAKING SHEET, THEN PRESS THEM DOWN SLIGHTLY WITH YOUR PALM TO MAKE A COIN SHAPE.
4.PRESS 2 COOKIES OF TOASTED PEANUT WITH SKIN INTO THE CENTER OF EACH COOKIES.
5.BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AT 170C -180C UNTIL COOKIES TURN LIGHT BROWN.
6.LEAVE IT COOL BEFORE STORING THEM IN AIR TIGTH CONTAINER.
