INGREDIENTS
*570gm Sourdough Scone Mix
*1nos egg (size B)
*250gm Echte Butter
*180gm Meadow Fresh UHT Full cream milk
OPTIONALS
*100gm dried fruits
*1nos egg (for egg wash)
METHOD
1.Preheat oven 200c
2.Cream butter until smooth and add in egg until well combined.
3.Add in sourdough scones mix and finally pour in milk to form a smooth dough.
4.Add in any dried fruits of your choice (optional).
5.Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until its about 2" thickness .Use a round cookie cutter, cut out the scones .
6.Space the scones onto a baking sheet, brush the tops with egg wash.
7.Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
