- 500gm BWY banana muffin mix
- 2nos eggs
- 330gm banana
- 150gm corn oil
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combined.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full.
- Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes. Allow the muffin to cool.
