Moist and fluffy muffin base. Perfect to play around with your favourite nuts, fruits or even glaze and frosting.

Ingredients :

~ 200gm eggs 

~180gm oil

~120ml water

Method :

1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combined.
2. Spoon mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full.
3. Bake at 190C for 25 minutes.
