BAKE WITH YEN specializes in the manufacture, supply & distribution and retail of baking ingredients, premixes, accessories and tools.



How do I make an online purchase?
Select your desired items, key in the quantity required, and add them into your cart. Check out the shopping cart once you are done to proceed with payment.

Do I need to sign up/create an account before I make an online purchase?
No, it’s not mandatory to do so make an online purchase. However, if you would like to stay updated with the latest promotions and products, do sign up!

Are there price differences from the store?
We are unable to guarantee that the same prices will be available both in-store and online. The online prices of our products are only valid for online purchase in Peninsular Malaysia.

Are the products offered in-store also available online?
We are unable to guarantee that product availability will the same online and in-store. The online store has a limited selection of products and pack sizes, but we will continue to expand our online selection.

What is the expiry date of item(s)?
It varies depending on the type of products you purchase. We try our best to ensure the goods you purchased are at least 2 months from the expiry date.

How can I edit or cancel my order?
You can only edit your order before checkout. If you would like to edit or cancel your order after checkout, please email estore@bakewithyen.my with your request.

How do I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice via email after you have checked out.

Is there a minimum spend?
There is a minimum spend of RM30 (excluding delivery charge).

I can’t find the item(s) I want; do I still need to meet the minimum amount requirement?
Yes, a minimum amount of RM30 applies for each order (excluding delivery charge).

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, all the payment transactions need to be performed upon checkout.



Do you serve my area?

My area is not covered! How can I still place an order?
Unfortunately, you can not place an order online. However, you can still visit your nearest store. Check out our list of stores here: https://www.bakewithyen.my/store-locator/

How fast do you deliver?
We provide Same day delivery for orders placed before 12pm (If overwhelming orders it will take 1-2 days especially during festive season). Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered on next days. We will notify you if there is any delay in your order.

How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated upon checkout, based on your location and the weight of your basket. Delivery fees will be calculated upon check out.

What are the delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

Do you have express delivery?
Not available at the moment.

How do I track my parcel?
Please contact our chatbot to get the latest status update.

Who will deliver my order?
Your orders will be delivered by our third-party delivery service.

I have not received my items. Can I collect them from the store?
No, unfortunately that service is not available at the moment. 

No one is at home. Can you arrange for re-delivery?
Yes, you can contact us at estore@bakewithyen.my. Additional charges apply for re-delivery attempt.

Can I change my order to send to another delivery address?
You will have to send us an email with your order number at estore@bakewithyen.my. No changes will be allowed if the order has been shipped and additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempt.



What happens if something is out of stock?
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will call or message you with suggestions to replace it with a similar item or option to cancel the item. If you choose to cancel the item, we will refund the missing item.

How do I report a problem with my order/return my items?

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be credited back into your card in accordance with bank’s or e-wallet company's standard practices. Please note that each issuer bank and e-wallet company will have different time periods to reflect the credited sum in your bank account/statement.

I changed my mind about my purchase/I accidentally click the item(s).  Can I get a refund?
No, you are strongly advised to check your items before check out. We do not process a refund unless it is due to product defects or wrong items supplied.

Can I cancel my order?
We generally do not accept any cancellation request. If you think you have a valid reason, please write to us at estore@bakewithyen.my. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation request.
