Return & Refund Policy:
- Submit an item rejection complaint to our customer service (email@example.com) within three (3) days from the date of Delivery. All proofs of damage, or missing goods (photograph) must be provided.
- Management will review on such complaint shall be made upon placement of Bake With Yen E-store Credit or exchange of products at address below.
- We reserves the right to reject the returns or refund of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Chilled/frozen goods, Discounted or Promotional items are strictly NOT refundable nor exchangeable.
