Return & Refund Policy:

1. Submit an item rejection complaint to our customer service (estore@bakewithyen.my) within three (3) days from the date of Delivery. All proofs of damage, or missing goods (photograph) must be provided.
2. Management will review on such complaint shall be made upon placement of Bake With Yen E-store Credit or exchange of products at address below.
3. We reserves the right to reject the returns or refund of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Chilled/frozen goods, Discounted or Promotional items are strictly NOT refundable nor exchangeable.
