Baking recipe for Doughnut:
Ingredients

500g BWY Doughnut Mix

60gm Ausicows Butter
-
11gm Instant yeast (1 sachet, not included in this packet)

1 Egg

300ml Cold water
Method
-
Combine Doughnut Mix, instant yeast, egg, water and beat using dough hook for 2 mins
- Add in butter & knead until dough is well developed.
- Cover the dough with wet cloth and rest for 10 mins
- Divide the dough into 60gm/each into desired shape
- Cover the dough with wet cloth & let it rise until double in size
- Fry the dough in hot oil until golden brown
