Easy chocolate cookie chip mix with chocolate chips and walnuts produce by BWY. Chocolate chip cookie mix make baking much easier! Only a few simple steps for you to bake perfect cookies anytime. Mini chocolate chips are included in the packet.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack BWY walnut chocolate chips cookies premix
  • 250gm butter
  • 2 nos eggs

METHOD:

  • Unpack the premix and arrange the ingredients neatly.
  • Chop the walnuts and put aside. (option)
  • Whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in eggs and whisk until well combined.
  • Add in Chocolate Chips Cookies premix and blend well.
  • Lastly, add in chocolate chips and walnuts and mix well.
  • Shape the dough into small balls on baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
