delivery guy wasn't informed that the items are cold items that need to be refrigerated

we receive no notifications about estimated delivery time and when it arrived, the delivery guy wasn't informed about the items he received that the recipient should keep them refrigerated. It is much appreciated if customer service can be further improved post delivery where you ensure customers receive and attend to the items like such which need to be kept refrigerated immediately upon receiving.
