I ordered before 1pm, I received a msg that you could not deliver today. I said it's fine. The next day, you msg me again saying that I need to pay a surcharge if I want it delivered today. I said it's already late, why the surcharge? You want to pass the extra lalamove charges onto me when you charge a standard delivery fee of Rm8 already. It took me all morning to negotiate with you that whatever your delivery charges are, is internal to BWY business, not to me as your customer. I've already paid the delivery fee you charge. It wasted my time when I was with my son, instead I was on my phone. It was already a late delivery. I will never order from you again unless you commit that this will never ever happen again.
