- 150gm Ice Cream Mix
- 420gm Cold Meadow Fresh UHT Full Cream Milk
METHOD:
- Mix Ice Cream Mix with cold full cream milk.
- Whip at high speed for 4-5 minutes until smooth and light (approximately 2.5 – 3 times of original volume).
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hour before serving.
