Just prepared by whipping with cold milk you can get smooth and creamy ice cream. 

INGREDIENTS: VANILLA ICE CREAM

  • 150gm Ice Cream Mix
  • 420gm Cold Meadow Fresh UHT Full Cream Milk

METHOD:

  1. Mix Ice Cream Mix with cold full cream milk.
  2. Whip at high speed for 4-5 minutes until smooth and light (approximately 2.5 – 3 times of original volume).
  3. Pour the ice cream mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hour before serving.

The best vanilla nutty chocolate ice cream

I bought chocolate and vanilla ice cream mix. Both l have make it as per my kids desire.. Portion big and taste is good. Even you can add caramel sauce , fruits and as your desires
