BWY CRANBERRY MUFFIN MIX 500G

An easy to make premix, zesty cranberry with the moist and fluffy texture will light up your day!

INGREDIENTS
~200gm eggs (weight without shell)
~100gm oil 
~120ml
~70gm dried cranberries (provided) 


METHOD 
1.Place cranberry muffin mix , eggs , oil and water into a bowl and mix until just combined.
2.Add in dried cranberries and mix well.
3.Spoon mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full.
4.Bake at 190c for 25 minutes .
