This premix is convenient, simple and straightforward. The cake is tender and moist, soft and buttery.

Ingredients:

250gm butter

1pkt sugar

5 eggs

1.5 tsp vanilla essence

100ml milk

1pkt cocoa powder

Steps:

1. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffly

2. Add egg one at a time and cream until well combined

3. Pour in the vanilla essence and mix well

4. Add in Marble Cake Mix and mix with milk until well combined.

5. Pour 1/2 of better into a 9" round baking pan lined with parchment paper

6. Add in cocoa powder in the remaining batter and milk gently. Pour it into the baking pan and use chopstick to create the marble effect

7. Bake at 180 °C for 60 mins
