Teribble management

I been using this butter since couple years ago. Loyal to them. But they dont bother to appereciate customer. I use atleast 1-2 carton daily not weekly on monthly. Can check our record from ampang outlet.But they dont care. The price always increased n this time its enough. I would rather buy form other supplier which appreciate their customer

Terrible customer service

I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THE BUTTER HAS ARRIVED.
I JUST WENT TO SEE THE DELIVERY AREA N THE BUTTER IS MELTED. I PLACED AN ORDER BEFORE 1PM N EXPECTED TO GET THE DELIVERY THE SAME DAY WHICH WAS 2 DAYS AGO. I DID NOT PAY FOR THE BUTTER TO BE DELIVERED IN SUCH TERRIBLE CONDITION. HOW AM I TO BAKE WITH PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN THERE MELTED FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS??? WHY WASNT I INFORMED ON THE DELIVERY SO AS I COULD HAVE COLLECTED IT STRAIGHT AWAY? HOW IS THIS MATTER GOING TO BE FIXED?
