I did not received my order

There are no notification of my order arrived nor any photo sent to me on where the parcel goes to. i tried many way to communicate with Bake with Yen on teh chat bot and also on email. What i received is they already delivered on 11 Oct and share the photo of the condo guard house, with no details where the parcel goes to. I hope Bake with Yen can either refund me or resent the parcel
