BWY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES MIX 500G
- 500gm Double Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 250gm butter
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Beat soften butter until light and fluffy
- Add cookie mix until well blended *
- Divide the dough to 5 parts about 150gm each, and roll (around 4cm in diameter) wrap with cling wrap.
- Freeze cookie dough for 15 minutes before cutting it into 1cm thickness.
- Place on baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- * Optional, add chocolate chips or nuts.
