Moist and soft butter cake premix. Individual sugar packing allows you to adjust the sweetness of your cake, eg: Almond butter cake, Marble butter cake.
Ingredients:
250gm butter
1pkt sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
100ml milk
Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add egg at a time and cream until well combined
3. Pour in vanilla essence and mix well
4. Add in buttercake mix and alternate with milk until well combined
5. Pour batter into 9" round mould
6. Bake at 180°C 60 mins
