- 250gm butter
- 2 nos egg yolks
- 1can Comstock blueberry pie filling
- 1 nos egg (beaten for brushing)

Baking Recipe for Blueberry Pie:
1.Cream the butter, add in egg yolks and mix well. Pour in the pineapple tart mix and mix again until well combined to become a dough.
2.Place the dough on to a round shaped pie pan, trim and flute the edge. Prick holes all around the bottom crust with a fork. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
3.Fill the pie crust with ready blueberry filling, place the balance dough on top of the pie, trim and flute edge. Then crimp the edges using a fork.
4.Prick holes on the pie crust with a fork then brush the top of the pie with beaten egg. Bake at 180°C for 30-45 minutes until the bottom crust is just beginning to brown
