Red Velvet Cake is traditionally a red-brown coloured chocolate cake, usually layered with cream cheese or icing.
- 250gm Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 200gm eggs ( weight without shell )
- 65ml water
- 65gm melted butter
1) Beat Red Velvet Cake Mix, eggs and water at high speed for 5-6 minutes.
2) Fold in melted butter slowly for 1/2 minutes.
3) Pour the batter into a 9" round lined mould.
4) Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes.
