A recipe specially designed to make soft buns. Simple, easy and worth a try.
Ingredients:
500g BWY sweet bun mix
60gm Ausicows butter
11gm instant yeast (1 sachet) (not including in this packet)
1 egg
200ml cold water
Method:
Combine BWY sweet bun mix, instant yeast, egg and cold water using dough hook for 2 mins
add in butter and knead until dough is well developed
cover the dough with damp cloth and rest for 10 mins
DIvide the dough into 60gm each and shaped into desired shape
Cover the dough with damp cloth and let it rise until double in size
Bake at 190°C for 12 mins
