The oil in bottle is crystal clear after a few hours in room temperature. Its good for frying vegetables and baking.
Recommended by Chef William Tan from Bake With Yen during a baking demo session. If you have not used coconut oil before, you can always try this brand. This is the first time I used coconut oil and I like it so much.

The oil was in solid form when it was delivered but later on became liquid after a few days on the pantry. I guess this is true for all coconut oil. Oil was very clear once it melted. I like it for frying.
