I followed the instructions on the label, and everything went well until I add in the full cream milk, the dough became so moist, and then I add raisin into it then bake with the temperature and time exactly same as the instructions, ended up the raisins on the scones are all burntttttttttt.............. Apart from the raisins, the scones itself taste good with jam. I will give a second try for sure until i bake a success one! :D
