AI YEE PING WITH LONGAN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet BWY Ai Yee Ping Powder
  • 1200ml water
  • 1 can longan
  • Some ice cubes

METHOD:

  1. Mix Ai Yee Ping powder with water, stir and cook until powder dissolved. Turn heat off. Pour into tray and leave cool. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Remove the Ai Yee Ping from tray and cut it into cubes.
  3. In a big bowl, pour in the longan and syrup, add in the Ai Yee Ping cubes and ice cubes.

材料:

  • 1包 BWY爱玉冰粉
  • 1200毫升 清水
  • 1罐 龙眼罐头
  • 冰块

做法:

  1. 在一个锅中,放入爱玉冰粉以及清水。以小火慢慢煮至爱玉冰粉完全融化。把煮好的爱玉冰液倒入模具待凉透后,即可放入冰箱冷藏2小时。
  2. 把爱玉冰取出,然后切成块状。
  3. 在一个大碗里,倒入龙眼,然后加入爱玉冰以及冰块,即可享用。
