Almond Cookies (杏仁饼)

Chinese almond cookies


  • 500gm BWY White Almond Biscuit Mix
  • 100gm almonds diced (toasted)
  • 180ml corn oil


  1. In a bowl, combined white almond biscuit mix, almond diced and corn oil together to form a soft dough.
  2. Divide dough into 10gm each, roll it into a ball, flatten it then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake cookies at preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

*This recipe can be make at least 70 pieces of almond cookies
