- 500gm BWY White Almond Biscuit Mix
- 100gm almonds diced (toasted)
- 180ml corn oil
- In a bowl, combined white almond biscuit mix, almond diced and corn oil together to form a soft dough.
- Divide dough into 10gm each, roll it into a ball, flatten it then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake cookies at preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
