Green Pea Cookies (青豆饼)

Green Pea cookies


  • 420gm green pea powder
  • 300gm BWY Biscuit Flour
  • 160gm icing sugar
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 210gm corn oil
  • 1nos egg (for egg wash)


  1. In a big bowl, sift flour and icing sugar, then add in green pea powder and salt, mix well.
  2. Slowly add in corn oil, mix well until become a soft dough.
  3. Divide dough into 10gm each, roll it into a ball, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Press the end of a chopstick onto the surface of the shaped cookie dough to create a pattern. Brush a thin later of egg wash on the cookies surface.
  5. Bake at the preheated oven at 170°c for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
