Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients: 

  • 150gm Ice Cream Mix
  • 420gm Cold Meadow Fresh UHT Full Cream Milk

Method:

  1. Mix Ice Cream Mix with cold full cream milk.
  2. Whip at high speed for 4-5 minutes until smooth and light (approximately 2.5 – 3 times of original volume).
  3. Pour the ice cream mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hour before serving.
