Soft Cheese Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

  • 250gm BWY Vanilla Sponge Mix
  • 250gm eggs (without shell)
  • 60ml water
  • 60gm Echte Boter butter (melted)
  • 6pcs cheese

Method:

  1. High speed to mix Vanilla Sponge Premix, eggs and water for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add in the melted butter and continue to mix until well combined.
  3. Pour ¾ of mixture into a lined/greased square baking mould.
  4. Gently arrange the cheese on the top of mixture, and finally covered the cheese
  5. with the balance of mixture.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
