Ingredients:
- 250gm BWY Vanilla Sponge Mix
- 250gm eggs (without shell)
- 60ml water
- 60gm Echte Boter butter (melted)
- 6pcs cheese
Method:
- High speed to mix Vanilla Sponge Premix, eggs and water for 5-6 minutes.
- Add in the melted butter and continue to mix until well combined.
- Pour ¾ of mixture into a lined/greased square baking mould.
- Gently arrange the cheese on the top of mixture, and finally covered the cheese
- with the balance of mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
